Shipping Overview

  • Shipping Area: United States only (no international shipping at this time).
  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Carriers: USPS and FedEx.
  • Shipping Cost: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected speed.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking: We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
  • Delivery Updates: Please allow carrier scans to update; occasional delays can occur during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
  • P.O. Boxes: Some items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a valid street address at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

Damaged or Missing Items

If any items arrive damaged or are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Include your order number and photos of the packaging/product (if applicable).

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking number hasn’t updated or your package is delayed, please allow 5 additional business days past the expected delivery date before reaching out. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
