Return & Refund Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for opened, used, or perishable items due to health and safety regulations.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• USA orders only: we do not process international returns.

How to Request a Refund or Return

1. Email us at fishssupplypets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Use a trackable shipping method to return the item. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
• If your refund is not visible after 10 business days, check with your payment provider.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used medications and fish antibiotics
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products not purchased directly from NeedyFish.com

Exchanges & Replacements

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may request photos to verify the issue.
• Upon approval, we will issue a replacement or process a refund.
