Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
How long does shipping take?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Can I return opened or used items?
No. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used medications.

Can I use fish antibiotics for other pets?
No. Fish antibiotics sold on our site are formulated exclusively for aquarium and ornamental fish. They are not intended for use in other animals or humans.

How do I know which fish antibiotic I need?

Do your products work in saltwater aquariums?
Yes. Most antibiotics are suitable for both freshwater and saltwater tanks. Always follow dosing instructions and monitor water conditions.
Will using antibiotics harm the biological filter in my tank?
Some antibiotics can disrupt beneficial bacteria. Use a hospital or quarantine tank when possible. After treatment, consider a probiotic/bacterial supplement to restore balance.
Can I use multiple fish antibiotics together?
Generally no — combining antibiotics can reduce effectiveness or cause adverse reactions. Only combine treatments if directed by a veterinarian or aquatic specialist.
What is the difference between Fish Mox and Fish Mox Forte?
Fish Mox typically contains 250 mg of Amoxicillin per capsule; Fish Mox Forte contains 500 mg. Choose the correct strength based on tank size and infection severity.
How should I store unused fish antibiotics?
Store in a cool, dry place at 59°–86°F (15°–30°C) with the lid tightly sealed. Keep away from moisture, light, children, and pets.
